APPLICATION

DomeCals must be applied to a clean wax-free surface, preferably at temperatures above 60 degrees Fahrenheit. Firm, even pressure provides for best application results. Application instructions will be included in each order to assist the first time user.

LIFE EXPECTANCY

Our clear polyurethane can withstand over 7 years of direct sunlight, thus, ideal for both indoor and outdoor applications.

ADHESIVE

DomeCals are produced with a pre-applied permanent acrylic adhesive that is one of the strongest available.

SHAPES AND SIZES

This website prices our standard shapes and sizes but custom sizes are also available. Just call, write or fax for custom quotes. There is no die-charge for custom sizes. Gannett Line maintains the right to make any final determination on any custom shape as to its production feasibility.

DOMECALS VS. STROKEDOMES

DomeCals can be produced up to a certain intricacy. After that level has been reached, designs become StrokeDomes.

PACKAGING

DomeCals, RemoteCals and DomeMagnets will be shipped in sheet form, several items per sheet. Dome Hitch Covers orders over 100 will be shipped in multiple boxes.

SIZE REQUIREMENTS

All letters must be at least 3/8″ high. All lines of copy or graphics must be at least 1/16″ thick. All centers of letters must have at least a 1/16″ opening for production purposes.

HOW TO MEASURE

Square inches are determined by multiplying the tallest dimension by the widest dimension of artwork.

DIE CHARGE

There will be no die charge for decals 18 square inches or less. All dies are charged only once and are kept on file for 5 years.

PACKAGING

All Autograph Decals are packed in clear polybags of 100.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

Will be included in each order to assist the first time user, as will plastic applicators.

OVERRUNS – UNDER-RUNS

Due to the difficulty in producing exact quantities, a 5% variance may be shipped and billed accordingly, and considered a complete order.
